Brendfoni Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) establishes the rules governing product returns, order cancellations, and refunds for purchases made through the Brendfoni marketplace platform (“Brendfoni”, “Platform”).

Brendfoni considers customer satisfaction its top priority and offers returns and refunds under the conditions specified below.

1. Right to Return After Delivery

The customer may request a return after receiving the product only under the following circumstances:

  • A product different from the one ordered is delivered to the customer.
  • The product is damaged, defective, or in a condition unfit for use.

Brendfoni does not accept return requests under the following circumstances:

  • The customer dislikes the product for personal reasons.
  • Customer error in selecting the size, color, or model.
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or modified by the customer.
  • Instances of damage that were not inspected and officially documented (via a damage report) upon delivery.

2. Duty to Inspect and Create a Damage Report Upon Delivery

When receiving the product, the customer must inspect the package in the presence of the delivery agent.

If any of the following are detected:

  • Wrong product
  • Damaged product
  • Missing product

The customer must have an official damage report (akt) drawn up on the spot in the presence of the delivery agent.

Note: Brendfoni reserves the right to reject return requests if an official report is not created at the time of delivery.

3. Timeframe for Submitting a Return Request

The customer must create a return request within a maximum of 24 hours after receiving the product.

To do this, the customer must:

  • Log into their personal account on the Brendfoni platform.
  • Go to the “My Orders” section.
  • Select the relevant order.
  • Use the “Request Return” function.

Requests created after this timeframe may not be accepted.

4. Return Approval and Return Authorization Code

Brendfoni customer service will evaluate the return request. If deemed eligible, a unique Return Authorization Code will be sent to the customer's personal account and registered email address.

Products sent back without a Return Authorization Code will not be accepted.

5. Cancellation Before Shipment

The customer may cancel the order without stating any reason before the product is dispatched to the destination country, provided the order is up to the following status stage: “Your products have been collected and are awaiting packaging.”

In this case, the order will be canceled and a full refund will be processed.

6. Refunds

Refunds are processed in accordance with the following rules:

  • The refund will only be issued to the original payment method.
  • The refund amount will be returned to the customer's bank card or the payment method used.
  • The refund timeframe takes a maximum of 14 (fourteen) calendar days.

The actual processing timeframe may vary depending on the internal procedures of the customer's bank.

7. Product Condition for Returns

The returned product must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in its original condition.
  • It must be unused.
  • It must include all its original accessories and packaging.

Products that do not comply with these conditions may be rejected.

8. Rights of Brendfoni

Brendfoni reserves the right to reject return and refund requests under the following circumstances:

  • Violation of this Policy.
  • Provision of incorrect or fraudulent information.
  • Instances of abuse or misuse by the customer.
  • Missing the established deadlines.
