Delivery Guarantee Policy
Brendfoni provides a Delivery Guarantee to ensure that orders placed through the Brendfoni marketplace platform ("Brendfoni", "Platform") are delivered safely, correctly, and on time. This policy defines the compensation and refund terms provided to the customer in the event of order delays, tracking inactivity, or non-delivery.
1. Scope of the Delivery Guarantee
Brendfoni guarantees that orders will be: delivered to the correct address; shipped in a trackable manner; and managed in accordance with the logistics process displayed on the platform.
The delivery time may vary depending on the following factors:
- Destination country
- International logistics timeframes
- Customs inspections and procedures
- Official holidays and force majeure events
2. 15-Day Inactivity Guarantee (Delivery Delay Compensation Credit)
If a package associated with an order shows no movement status in the tracking system for 15 (fifteen) consecutive calendar days, Brendfoni will automatically add a credit balance of 5 AZN to the customer's Brendfoni account.
- It is automatically loaded into the customer's platform balance
- It can be used for subsequent orders
- The validity period of the credit is 2 (two) months from the date it is added
This credit is compensatory in nature and does not replace the ongoing delivery process.
3. 30-Day Non-Delivery Guarantee (Full Refund Guarantee)
If the ordered product is not delivered to the customer within 30 (thirty) business days from the order date, Brendfoni provides the following guarantee:
- The full value of the product will be refunded to the customer
- Depending on the customer's choice, the refund will be issued either as credit to their Brendfoni balance or returned to the bank card used for the payment
If the product is delivered to the customer after the refund has been approved, the product is considered given to the customer for their use without requiring any additional payment.
4. Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within the following timeframes:
- Refund to Brendfoni balance: Within 24 hours
- Refund to bank card: Within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) calendar days
The actual timeframe may vary depending on the bank's internal procedures.
5. Terms Governing the Credit Balance
The credit provided under the 15-day inactivity guarantee:
- Can only be used on the Brendfoni platform
- Cannot be cashed out
- Cannot be transferred to another account
- Will be automatically canceled after its expiration date
6. Exceptions and Limitations
This guarantee does not apply in the following cases:
- Incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer
- The customer's refusal to accept the order
- Failure by the customer to provide additional documents required by customs
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, pandemic, government restrictions, etc.)
7. Brendfoni Buyer Protection Guarantee Commitment
This policy is part of the Brendfoni Buyer Protection program and ensures the safety of customers' orders. Brendfoni fully assumes the customer's financial risk in cases of non-delivery or severe delay of the order.
